Return Policy

This device must be returned (postmarked) within 10 days from the activation date to avoid any early termination fees with Sprint. The activation date counts as day one. Exchanges for a defective device must be reported within 10 days from the order date. Exchanges can only be made on defective devices to the same device. To process a return or exchange, you must contact the Wireless Center for an Return Authorization # (RA#). This can be done on the Returns page.
